While I was away speaking at the first Online Recruitment Conference in South Africa last week (I will post more details about the Conference next week) the REC issued a Research Report about the use of Social Media In Recruitment to its members.
The report came about as a result of the First Social Media in Recruitment Conference that I organised last July which Roger Tweedy, Director of Research for the REC attended.
