if the mobile recruitment would become possible, it will really a great help for the commuters looking for job wasting some money and time. Mobile recruitment can also become a great help in a recruitment agencies. They can find and recruit more potential new employees.

Hey Mike –
I definitely agree that all of these mediums will continue to influence the online recruiting space in years to come. Recruitment is becoming more and more personal; individuals are looking for companies that showcase their values through their engaging with potential candidates. Online video is a great way to demonstrate a company’s brand image by highlighting some of its employees, the workplace and the company’s general creative ability. Social media is already becoming a successful force for recruitment, and mobile recruitment is well on its way. Through all of these mediums, we will (hopefully) continue to see companies creating content that draws in candidates and connects with them on personal levels.

Great post!
