I am pleased to announce that I am organising the UK's first Social Media In Recruitment Conference. The conference will be held in London on the 16th July 2009.
The conference has been programmed to help Recruiters understand exactly what Social Media is and how it can be of benefit to them.
There is currently a lot of interest in social media and how it can be used effectively in recruitment. However, there is also a lot of confusion about how get started and therefore the conference will focus on helping Recruiters understand exactly what social media is and how it can be used effectively.
Even if a Recruiter has no prior knowledge of social media there will be plenty of information and examples of how social media is currently being used in recruitment. This will give Recruiters the confidence to consider where social media could be used in their own organisations.
