Global Recruitment Conference Interview - Glenn Gutmacher

I'm in Amsterdam this week at the RCE Global Recruitment Conference hosted by Alan Whitford and Keith Robinson carrying out audio interviews with some of the speakers and delegates. Yesterday I attended a Pre-Conference Workshop run by Glenn Gutmacher from JobMachine.net.

Glenn's subject was "Cyber Sleuthing - How do you find those hard to reach candidates" and I sat down with Glenn after the workshop to talk about Cyber Sleuthing and why Recruiters should use this sourcing method,  no matter what size company you work for.  Length of interview (8mins 26 secs).

Thanks, Mike. Greatly enjoyed the conference - nice range of international presenters. Matthew Jeffery of EA was in particular a standout. What they are doing there surely must be best practices in Europe and beyond.
