So how do job boards recruit new staff? I must admit it was a question I hadn't thought about before but it came up as part of a presentation last week at the Recruiters Networking event in London.
This may or may not surprise you but it seems that the job boards themselves need to use more than just job boards to recruit!
Just goes to show that there is no "one solution fits all" answer to recruiting new staff, even if you own your own job board!
